Soccer Routes New Player Waiting List

We are currently accepting waiting list applications for Winter season beginning January 2026. Please familiarize yourself with our brand and mission before applying to be sure that we are the right fit for you. Information about our program and philosophy can be found on our about page, our instagram page and our youtube page. We recommend following our social media to stay updated. We are located in Sherman Oaks and our age range for enrollment is ages 2-12.

Please fill out this application to our program to be on the waiting list for Winter 2025 class placement. All spots are first come, first served. We cannot guarantee specific class placement times or placement with friends. Our #1 mission is giving your child the best sports educational experience possible.

Existing clients will have the opportunity to renew at the end of their package before new clients are admitted and do not need to fill out an application for the waiting list.
